C-sections with twins...I know of several women who have had very successful vaginal twin deliveries without complications. In two cases at least one twin was in an odd position, but even a jacknife breech can be done vaginally by a skilled attendant. I have one friend whose husband delivered her jacknife breech baby at home - it happened so fast, she was ready to push after the first contraction - literally!If you have someone who is truly skilled, you can deliver almost any baby (or babies) in almost any position, of almost any size vaginally - and safely! There are exceptions in which C-section is the best and safest way to go, but they are much rarer than most people realize.Happy gestating.
