Do mild CFers use vest once or twice a day?

hi im jess im 16 and congrats to all who are expecting dont worry im not having a baby just yet but just to ask a simple question do u all live in america or out of the state of united kingdom because where i come from england wolverhampton we have to fundraise to get equipment for our selfs like the vests you are all going un about.if there soooo good i dont seem why united kingdom dont give them out to young people who need it the most. everyday i wonder how many more breathes i will take to have a vest as i am out of breathe all the time i cant even walk up the stairs without getting outta breathe.. thanks for listening or reading my post plz reply because i am very intrested... love from jess xxx

jess you should post a question to the regular adult forum - you'll probably get lots of replies there. I'm from the US and my insurance paid for my vest. We did have to pay about $1000 though.
