didn't have my membranes stripped today

Bonnie,

Yes I had a myriad of problems throughout my life and it caused me alot anxiety even as a kid. As a late teen early 20's I was positive that some day I would die in my sleep and THEN everyone would go "wow, so there really was something wrong huh". YOu always see people winning these all expense paid trips for one reason or another and my dream was to win an all expense paid trip to MAYO CLINIC! HA

It really took me two years of listening to my body and educating myself to finally feel stabilized like I knew what to expect of my body etc. I did start on buspirone and paxil for anxiety shortly after diagnosis and stayed on them for almost 3 years. I later started seeing a therapist and still am and it helped alot as well. Now with diet excercise and therapy I feel that I am pretty good at handling life without anxiety meds though there is no denying I am a type A eprsonality and a bit high strung.
