Tami - that's too funny! you would be surprised what you can do...when I started training for my first half marathon I had never run over 3 miles in my entire life...I actually hated running. I'm currently trying to sell my mom on the idea of a half lol <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> Side note - 1 guy I saw had shirt that made me laugh; on the back it said "Who in the world talked me into this?!" lol

Thanks Jerry, I'd LOVE to do the 1 in NYC...just an issue of saving the money for airfare, etc <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Jmiller - congrats on your marathon in KS a few years ago; the 1 I did was in Dallas. I live in Houston, but the Houston marathon sells out so quickly that both of the ones I've done have been in Dallas.
