I know exactly how you all feel. I pretty much have no sex drive, but maybe for a few days every few months. I know that my depression has a lot to do with it and I usually feel EXTREMELY drained by the end of the day.

Ok,

I'm the different one.

*I have a moderate-high sex drive - usually 2-3 times per week unless sick or that time of the month. Many times I'm following my husband around. LOL! If I'm sick it might be around 1x/weekly. When we first met, it was more like 2 times a day for about a year.

*I am borderline CFRD.

*I am mild/moderate CF.

*Really only depressed when sick or snowed in. I hate feeling confined to my house.

Oh, I forgot to mention.

When I was 17 or 18, I started having a milk-like substance excreting from my breasts. Not all the time, only once and awhile. My doctors ran a few tests and confirmed that I wasn't pregnant (was on the pill) but had high Prolactin levels. Thus, my body thought it was pregnant. They blamed it on a medication called Proplosid (spelling). It is an anti-refux med that has the rare side-effect. I have been off the med now for 7-8 years. That problem never happened again. AHHHH, the stuff that happens to me.

No problems here; I can be randy as a stoat.

It's a sad thing that so many women, chronic illness or not, try to excuse away their unwillingness to satisfy their husbands by looking to blame a so-called "lack of libido" on hormones, fatigue, mood etc. If more women would just put their own hangups aside and concentrate their efforts on making the men who love us happy, then there would be FAR more happy marriages in this world.

With all the demands we put on men to make ushappy, doesn't it stand to reason that we should give them more of what they want more often? Life's too short to be so selfish.
