I'm leaving in a few days for a trip south with a college group for spring break. Habitat for humanity has a chapter at our school and we will be traveling 20hr on a bus, living in a church and building a house durring the day for 5 days. now, I've been away from home before, but i've usually stayed in a hotel. I'm also going with quite a few people i dont know and only one close friend and i will have little to no privacy for my treatmetns. i'm concerned about a few things including keeping up nutrition durring a busy week.
I felt like it was a once in a lifetime opportunity I couldn't pass up I'd love to hear some words of encouragement from people who have done soemthing similar
