Adeks and/or Aqudeks

Does anyone have hard stools and or constipation while taking these vitamins? I have stopped my Aqudeks and my bowels are nice and easy ( I know TMI) But I wonder if it is possible to not be on vitamins? I have been on them my whole life. I worry about my levels if not on them or will it affect my health?

Hi,
I don't have GI issues on the new formulation of ADEKs... the niacin in the new formulation makes me break out in hives on occasion.

I've heard niacin causing the breakouts. I wonder if anyone has issues with that?

I haven't had any issues with the aquadeks, it hasn't affected me any different than the old adeks. But if you're having problems with them, there's always other kinds of vitamins you can take instead.
