Never any problems with drinking here. Just get dehydrated and feel achy sometimes (only if I overdo it). I don't drink much anymore just because I don't like the feeling much anymore. The doc doesn't recommend drinking by any means, but says a little is ok.

I haven't been given warnings about it, but haven't asked about it either.

Here is something I found interesting regarding alcohol being a blood thinner:
LINK

Part of the article:
Moderate drinkers are known to have lower rates of heart disease, but the reasons behind this are not completely understood, the authors of the study wrote. It is also known that moderate drinking prolongs bleeding time, above and beyond the use of aspirin, a known blood thinner, said Mukamal, a noted researcher in the field of alcohol and heart health.

I suppose bad if you are prone to hemoptysis...

Hi Guys,

I only drink on special occassions parites, weddings, my birthday and my fiance's birthday. Its not worth it for me I couldn't possible do it everyweek and I don't miss it. I went out Friday to my fiance Christmas party and I finished Ivs on Tuesday and I wasn't up to drinking. However I had two Vodkas and Diet cokes and drank plenty of water after that.

Id' feel like that too and sometimes I produce more sputm and feeling generally awful if I have four or five. Its not worth it but I will have a drink on Christmas and on the 29th of at my Christmas party.
