yeh I see what you're saying but I believe it's possible cause I've seen it done quite a bit at my gym and I'll agree he is a fairly big guy, especially if his bodyfat % is quite low at that weight and height, us puny folks would only dream of getting to that weight though I'd probly look alot like Lee Priest if I weighed that much! LOL Could I bench double my body weight? Nope! I've got shoulder issues which has hamperred my progress from where I'm at now for a while, but I have squatted 315 for 5 reps at the peak of an insane strength/bulk legs rutine - but mind you that did not feel good on my knees and back so I don't do that very often and it takes some serious phsyching up myself to get under that and take it off the rack let alone go down and up for 5! "Can someone bring the barf bag?" I think it's a bit to do with genetics too, some are stronger with legs, some with arms and some with chest. But yeh I'm not bashing what you said I was just saying I don't think it's option (c) that he's lying...
