My doc reccomended if I was dehydrated to dilute 1/2 gatorade and half water. This way you get the electrolites.

We drink pickle juice, sounds crazy but hey it works. We are big fans of Clausen's pickle juice.

Thanks for your replies. That's a good idea, I should take my blood glucose level when I'm at that deranged state and see if its my sugar levels or just dehydration. I don't really know which it is.

I'm pretty bummed to think that taking gatorade isn't a good idea anymore, b/c that with a few handfuls of peanuts was my <b>special trick</b> when I'd start deflating.
