Another Tune up 3 weeks after the last one

My son Aidan who is 14 months has just been admitted to hospital again for another tune up. We only got out 3 weeks ago he was fine for 2 weeks adn we were still on antibiotics when he gets this very throaty wet chunky cough and back again we go.

They took a sputum sample on Thursday adn the physio had to use saline to get the mucus out of the suction because it was stuck in there. She called it concrete.

This will be Aidan 3rd tune up in 6 months. I guess an up point is that my 8.5 yo who also has CF has been in magnificant health for the past 3 years so I only have to worry about 1 at the moment.

I am sorry to hear about your little one. I hope its just a bad time & you cant get past this......

Sometimes it seems that if we didn't have bad luck, we'd have no luck at all, huh?
