Anti-inflammatory diet

I went out and bought a couple of books and today was our first day on the diet. I think the hardest part will be getting my girls adjusted to a different type of diet. I'll let you all know how it works.
The book I bought that I really like is The anti-inflammation Diet and Recipe book by Jessica K Black ND.
