Antibiotics while TTC/pregnant

During my pregnancy (the first couple of weeks), I took Cipro before I knew I was pregnant. After we found out I was pregnant, they told me we would not be using that drug again. I also had 3 lung exacerbations while I was pregnant and took IV Tobi, Colistin, Ceftazidime and Vancomycin. As far as I know, my son of two weeks has no effects.
