I have R117H and G542X, I wasn't diagnosed until I was 23. I had lots of chest infections when I was young but was pancreatic sufficient so the doctors didn't put all the dots together. My mom had genetic testing done and we just found that she also has CF. She is 53 and fit and healthy. She does have sinus problems as some constipation but great lungs. She has R117H and TG 12/t5. I hope your sons stay as healthy as my mom.

Thanks so much! Knowing your kids have the exact same mutations is extremely helpful. The boys also have the 7T/9T. Negative for the 5 T. They had the sweat test today at 8 am. I don't expect for it to be abnormal. But I am going to push for the lung tests. I need to know where their bodies stand.
