Big fan of yoga. A few months after starting yoga, my 25-75 (small airways which my CF doc doesn't care about but my allergist does) percentage was dramatically higher because I learned to use my core muscles to control my length of expiration. In short, I can breathe out for a very long time now which is good for my PFTs, but more importantly, I just feel like I'm no longer out of control of my breathing patterns.
Another benefit of yoga is that it does strengthen your upper body, so generally good for the lungs. Good luck!
