Thank you all for your replies!!!
I'm kind of leaning towards SourceCF because I can get nearly 2 bottles for the price of 1 AquAdek.
My vitamin levels were fine in November/December 2008. However, I *think* I might have a Vitamin K deficiency now because I have quite a few bruises on my arms and legs. Every time I bump myself or not, I'm finding new bruises. This started BEFORE I got Diesel, my 1-year-old boxer. Of course it is even worse now. I'm actually embrassed to show my forearms...My close neighbor across the street even questioned my arms...
I also am wondering if the possible vitamin K deficiency is adding fuel to the fire with my near daily nosebleeds...
My levels were fine on the Perfect Prenatal for 3.5 - 4 years; however, I looked at the label and saw that there wasn't much K in them at all...Perhaps my Vitamin K needs have changed...
I probably would have stayed on the prenatals because I really liked them but not now with all this bruising...I'm sure I need to change the vitamins for ones that have more vitamin K.
