http://thorax.bmj.com/content/57/6/559.full<br><br>I found this article that outlines a case of a person with pseudomonas infecting her parents w/o CF, one of whom had no bronchiectasis, the other did.<br><br>I mostly thought I'd share because it is interesting--not to scare people--this was a unique case in terms of the strain of pseudo.<br><br>However, I sure am planning to cover my mouth better when I cough, especially around my 9-yr-old who's had pneumonia twice and post-nasal drip from Oct-May despite "no allergies." And if he doesn't get over his week-long cough and cold in a couple days, I may ask for a sputum culture/throat swab for him. <br>
