So if it's instead of TOBI nebs what happens after the 28days? do you use something else in the off-month? Or is there a break?

Did your doc give you any idea of a launch date? I heard that they wouldn't be submitting till the end of this yr, so how long does it take after that before people can get it? late 2008?? I wonder if this on could be pushed through quickly with all the good results they have???

AK80...from what I have been told by my docs it wont be available till at least the summer of next year. I participated in the trial and the drug did wonderful things for me. I have been doing on-off monthly now since December of 06. I Ijust found out yesterday though that after having this past month off, I will NOT be getting the drug again. My office has not received the protocol from Corus (the company conducting the trial) so it has not been approved by the hospital. Also from what the study coordinator at my hosp said, it was supposed to be there in the beginning of July....so obv its been delayed a bit. I was disapppointed b/c I was hoping to just roll into the new open label....and I hope that this does not delay the drug availability for everyone.

So did the trial only finish a month ago then? That's pretty quick to start the expanded access one??

What's it like then? Is it loads quicker? How many minutes did it take? I think I heard that it didn't taste so good - did you find that? I guess that would make kids less likely to accept it..
