I've been using IV Aztreonam powder reconstituted with Sterile water in my neb for over 3 years. I have amazing results with it. I go from fevers/green sputum to no fever/clear lungs after about 7 days on. I inhale 1gram Az reconstituted w/ 3mL sterile water for 28 days, twice a day.

Wow, (inhaled iv aztreonam) is it expensive? I think my insurance would pay for this if its not to expensive otherwise it will probably be a pain like it was for me getting the colistin covered. I would like to try inhaling the IV aztreonam though because this other stuff just isn't cutting it for me.
