Thanks for the replies. I was afraid it sounded like an allergic reaction. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> I dont have too many meds that work with MRSA. Even though my culture showed my MRSA is sensitve to Bactrium, I never thought it done a good job. My Dr wants to hold off on giving me Zyvox as a last resort so I dont develop resistants to it. I have taken Ketek, but my CF Dr wont let me take it anymore since the whole issue with liver damage. I think it's stupid since it's a good drug, but they said no. I guess I will call my doctor on Monday and let the know what's going on. Until then, I'll do my best with it. I guess I will take phenergan or zofran before a meal, and try to keep it in my system and go on a BRAT diet until I speak with him. *sigh* Seems like if it isn't one thing it's another. It's strange that we take medicines our whole life and then out of the blue we have an allergic reaction.
After you have an allergic reaction to a medicine one time, will it happen again?
