And it especially upsets me that Koman has gone after causes called "for <b>a</b> cure" as well as "for <b>the</b> cure" in the name. They should not be able to copyright anything unless it has anything with their name/initials in it!! How arrogant to think their cause is the only one worthy enough to deserve 'a cure' and to believe that strongly enough they will waste their donors money, without even telling them, on attacking others for it. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif" border="0">

I promise ya this. I'm raising money for CF...for the cure. I'm not raising it to get sorta close to a cure. If the S.G.K Foundation wants to bring its lawyers to shut down little ol' me, then bring 'em on. I'm going to guess that all of us, combined with the 5.4 million in the CF databank, would take issue if not being able to use 3 words stopped us from raising a dollar to find a cure for this terrible disease.
Or better yet....here's an idea. I copy write my last name (Ice) and charge them to use it. How ridiculous would that be? This is a PR battle that SGK will lose. You all keep raising that money for a cure. I know we will.
