I third or fourth the Miralax thing, I usually by the 7 day bottle which is only a bout 6 dollars at Walmart and mix it withy apple juice and boy does that help thing along quite well. Also the Gas-X helps. But if u have troubles with obstruction I would try the Miralax nd take 2 doses a day and that should help. At least that iss what my docs have said to do and it help me. I have not had an obstruction problem since, miralax came out

I use the Wal-Mart brand of Gas-X during episodes of bloating. I guess you could give it a try and if it doesn't work, try the name brand and see if that gives any relief. It's no fun having to deal with this. Hope you find some relief.
