I had my share of intestinal blockages as a youngster, but I can't even imagine one now being is I consume so much fiber reguraly. The daily recommended value is around 30 grams, I can't believe I survived all of my life with only eating a fraction of that. It's only in the last few weeks that I have implemented huge amounts of fiber into my diet, and I have been more regular than I have been my entire life. All that I do is eat 2 servings of fiber one cereal in the morning, and reguarly the rest of the day.
