FYI, I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago (same incision as a C section), and it's not that bad. So if it becomes necessary, you'll be fine.
Im a skinny minny and my baby never had a chance of turning unless she did it early. She did not. I had a c- section one week befor my due date.
It was an easy recovery. Although I don't know what a vaginal recovery feels like. My sister and my friend "ripped" during V-B and they walked very badly and hunched over for a few weeks!! I only had to hold my Insision area when I coughed for the first few days. then when I got home it was ok. I could do steps whereas my sis & friend could not.
I felt awful for years after my c, I thought I missed out, and felt betrayed by God for all I wanted was a child and then He didn't let me do it the "right" way. Now I realize He had me do it His way and I also have a great birth story to tell. All my friends storys were how many hrs they were in labor - mine is how I was dialating 3 cm and the dr said today is the day! I asked the dr. NOT to schedule the date. So I guess I went in as "emergancy" Then I had to get my husband there.... and my stroy goes on...<img src="i/expressions/camera.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/clock.gif" border="0">
