Giving away your pets sounds like the worst part of the deal to be honest. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

Don't worry too much about the bronch... like others said, it's pretty routine, and the doctor performing it has probably done hundreds.

They will probably give her medicine to relax beforehand, and of course she will be out during the procedure - honestly I had million such procedures (bronchs, scopes, surgeries, etc) when I was younger, and I don't remember ever being scared really. Afterwards if her throat is sore you can give her popcicles and ice cream, that always seemed to work for me. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
