I am a dairy nut! I LOVE cheese and yogurt........although they are great for calcuim content, i also take 3 Viactive Calcium Chews. They are awesome like Lilith said , and to a chocolate lover like myself its almost like a treat that. My nutritionist also told me that to get extra calcium you can always sit in the sun with a tank top and shorts on for about 10 minutes or so.

I have the viactive, too (but the generic sugar free ones ), plus I found a drink mix (the individual packets that you add to a water bottle) made with Splenda called VitaSplash. The Wild Berry ones have calcium (50% of RDI), vitamins D(3) & K, and folic acid. Since I'm supposed to be increasing my water intake, it's kinda getting a 2 for 1, and I usually split a packet between 2- 16 oz containers if I'm home . I also have at least one yogurt a day, and usually 2-3 glasses of milk. Oh, there is also a Swiss Miss sugar free cocoa that has 30% of the RDI of calcium that I usually have at night .

You can get lots of foods with added calcium. I buy OJ with calcium, Kraft cheese slices, mac and cheese, even speghettios have extra calcium added. Also green veggies like broccili and spinach, and of course dairy.
