I don't know if this is what you are looking for or not, but I am doing a little bit of my own experiment- I bought a mini trampoline-lol.

I have heard a lot about people liking jogging for getting the gunk up, but I can't due to my back (mild scoliosis), so I'm going to see if the up and down of jogging on a mini trampoline would help "shake things up", so to speak!

Good luck with your project!

This has nothing to do with exercise, but the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics (around the time i was dx) tried to sort of experiment on CFers. They told some families that their children had CF and they didn't tell the others, trying to see if the symptoms were worse or better if the patient didn't know about it... creul, and unfortunatly, they took it too far and many of the "geunie pigs" passed away. Anyway, i think this would be cool on a small-scale. Like, if having a "better attitude" versus pesimisstic thoughts about your health will help. this isn't probably what your looking for, but i think it'd be cool.

It's funny that you mentioned this. Before the vest was available, my doctor recommended to my parents that they get me one of those trampolines to try to bounce the stuff right out of me. It didn't work very well for me though.
