can a countertop dishwasher steralize nebs?

I took it as meaning that it needs to be at a full boil for at least 5 minutes, whether on the stove or in the microwave. We just put the nebs in the pot and set the timer for 20 minutes bc it usually takes 5+ minutes for the water to start boiling.

For drying, we use this bottle drying rack and it works great. We shake the nebs off as soon as they are done boiling, hang them and they are dry within 20 minutes+/-.

FWIW, this doesn't get great reviews as a bottle drying rack although I liked it for that too!
