I knew someone who jokingly referred to PFTs as her "blow job" <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> I always refered to it as "the box" since we had one of the full out little room machines at my clinic growing up.
I'm right there with you all on calling enzymes "pills." Nebs were "treatment" and clapping was called "PD" (postural drainage?) - we used to have "the board" for that.
I also really like "tune up" for IVs. I swear people at my high school must have thought I was a mechanic with all the "tune ups" I talked about.
