BTW Wasn't there some concerns about bacteria in muscle milk not long ago? I remember someone on here posting about it. Anyways I currently don't do any protein supps. After a gym visit I do up an insane protein meal of eggwhite ommelette, and veggie protein patties with a ton of cheese. Before the gym I do heavy peanut butter, and I eat a ton of peanut butter through the week.
