Congrats on finding a new food. I get so sick of giving Vinny the same foods over and over and over. Actually, chicken nugs are one of those foods (the only meat he will eat besides bacon and sausage, by the way). Like lightNlife said, don't knock the nuggets. My son's nutritionist is happy that Vinny eats them.

An update -- he announced he's been eating salad at school. But without dressing. No surprise there. So I put some lettuce on the place and sprinkle it with shredded cheese, just like they do at preschool and he proceeds to just eat the cheese. His dad finally ate the lettuce.

So for the past 4 nights he's asked for salad and I've sprinkled shredded cheese on his plate. Actually, I'm thrilled he's eating something with a little fat and protein, because in the past, if he had a choice he'd prefer raw fruit or carrots. I usually have to hide the bag of carrots at the dinner table or that's all he'll eat.
