Choking on enzymes!

I second the putting the enzymes through the tube. I'd mix them with a bit of water and flush them through the ng...My daughter has a g-tube and any meds we've put through her feeding tube. It's been a godsend. Use it to your advantage!

thanks you guys ,Kayla went to see her cf doc. about her not gainning and not taking her enzymes. Well she didn't gain ,we really didn't excpect her to the way she has not been taking her enzymes and not eating alot.
So they did not put the tube in they started her on a different type of enzymes, she was on creon 5, now shes on pancrecarb ms-4. (your right Liza)
The beads are alot smaller and we gave her a few bottles and she seems to be doing alot better(cross are fingers) I hope to god this works that little thing is going to put me in a early grave.
I will keep you posted ,thanks again as always you guys are very kind and thoughtful .

The only problem I had with pancreacarb, was being the new, nervous mom -- my hands would shake a little bit emptying out the capsules or sticking the enzymes in DS' mouth that we'd find those little granuals in our hair, clothing <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Hopefully this'll do the trick. Methinks even though they're teeny tiny babies, they're still smart enough to mess with us parents to let us know whose running the show. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
