I remember the first time Katy didn't cry for the throat culture, <b>I almost cried</b> I was so proud of her! Now blood draws - she is still fighting those. We'll see how that goes in August at our annual visit.

I am sorry your birthday was such a bummer! I found out about my second daughter having CF just a few days shy of my 31st b-day. So, it wasn't a very good celebration for me either.

I remember my girls hitting those 'big girl' milestones<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I was also so proud of them. And I was happy that practically the entire hospital couldn't hear them screaming anymore<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0">

And I don't worry too much about the clinic appt itself, but I am with you...the waiting game for the cultures, labs, etc. drive me nuts!!! I cannot stand the waiting game!

I hope she is feeling better soon.
