I am so sickened with all the talk about pot brownies, pot, crack, and heroin. It's driving me nuts. I never so much as tried smoking cigarettes yet alone drugs. This is a SUPPORT forum site for CF, not a DRUG COMPARISON BUDDY SYSTEM site. I could just puck. Heroin in ports is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. I have a port and could not ever imagine taking such a risk to kill myself yet announce it on a SUPPORT forum. You're all nuts. Then to compare recipes???

I am married and wish I could qualify for some state medical assistance to have at least a small amount of money at the end of each month. Many of you just piss you money away on drugs. It must be nice!!!!!!!!! Where do you get the money from?

And this forum is just to blame. It should not allow illegal bullsh*t to be posted. If the forum PROMOTES drug activity, then keep it to PM's or personal blogs. I for one am sickened by all of it. If this is what a forum is supposed to be about, count me out. And I will never join another one again!!!!!!

I initially found it offensive because many family members are recovering addicts/alcoholics & it took be off gaurd. Then I remember that there is no ?? it was done in jest. To everyones taste? NO.....to be harmful? NO I think it was over the top, but like so much other stuff you need to look past the post if it bothers you so much. Jeanne & her family/staff dont promote drugs & to imply so because the post has been allowed continue totally disrespects and undermines all the work they do for the forum. Maybe all this should have been done on blogs etc, but contacting Jeanne/Bill directly would have had a bigger impact from you since many people would say as I have.

I am so happy to hear someone brave enough to come forward and say this, bravo Jennifer and all that followed. In the pot thread, I got hammered for saying negative things about pot and pot users. Is that right? Shouldn't they be getting hammered for their irresponsibleness?

What mum2kj said really made me think-Yes, if I was a mom, I wouldn't let my kid come on this site at all. To talk casually and acceptingly of illegal drug use-no way. I'm sick of it too, and I'm sick of all the people that make selfish claims that its not harmful and it has benefits.

As Melissa also said-I have relatives that still fight drug use. My parents dumped me and my 2 yr old brother on the steps of the courthouse, to give us up for adoption. Why-b/c they were addicted to pot, selling it, and other drugs. But you know what it started with?? POT. So there to all you selfish ignorant people that say it isn't harmful. It destroyed my family, and though we were adopted, my brother is so messed up beyond help b/c of what my birth parents did to us.

Yeah, pot and other drugs aren't harmful. They DESTROY families. Users of them are selfish.
