Computer savvy people... a little help please?

My FIL has a health food and sports supplement business, it's been running for about 15 years now. He is interested in taking it onto the internet and we are going to help him do this. The thing is, I really don't know where to start. Can anyone recommend some good web design companies? Am I required to do the maintenance or does the company? What about web hosting? What are my options. HELP!!!!!!!!

Hey Julie-

suziecoffeebean is a web designer. She should be able to answer all of your questions and maybe even do the work for you. I'm sure there are others on here too that can offer advise.

Check this link out. </a>This package offers everything you would need, including email. I could build and upload and provide instructions on how to do future updates or I can even do them. I will write some more info in the morning. I am burnt from work all day.
