I don't do sinus rinses. Yeah, I know, the world's not going to fall apart b/c I didn't squirt salt infused water up my nose. But after 3 sinus surgeries to remove polyps, you'd think I'd be a bit more compliant. I just can't seem to get in the habit. It's the one thing I'm always working on.

I also think its easy for you to say its crazy when you are not the employer that is at risk because of those people who might deem themselves as recreational druggies instead of addicts. Our local Walmart (who does drug testing for the initial hire...not sure about random testing afterwards) has a high rate of drug users as employees.
They also are at a higher rate for theft etc because most of the drug using employees are addicted enough that their rational thinking went bye bye.

Oh, and they do regular drug testing at my husband's work- can't have people moving steel plates that are being built into ductwork big enough to drive a semi through when they are high, stoned, drunk or, heck, even overtired!
