Dr. Pfaff there at Cooks is the dr that dxed me back 7 years ago and I've been going there since. Everywhere else I had gone to figure out what was wrong with me for the previous 13 years couldn't get it right but Dr Pfaff had it figured out before I was out the door. We got home from the appointment that afternoon to a message personally from Dr Pfaff saying that he had gotten some results back from a test and would wait at the office for our call. We had run errands before going home so it was about 6:30 when we called. He took the time from his evening, his time off, to wait and talk to my parents. He easily could have gotten the on call to do it or a nurse or something, but he stayed. The whole staff up there is great, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they're about to send me off to the adult clinic, and I'm not looking forward to it. I can't express enough my recommendation for that clinic.
