Cough

when they have sinus things going on they normally dont cough during the day, it is at night when they lay down it drips down their throat and makes them cough. Our whole family has been batteling the same thing this week.

I would go ahead and call and give them a heads up. Most of the time with our boys they will ask the symptoms that they are having and then talk to the docs. Sometimes they will just have try to up treatments, start some allergy meds if they feel it might be that, etc, and then call back in 2-3 days if things don't seem to improve.

I am always worried if I myself call to soon but I have learned to call them after it has been going on for a day and see what there advise is. They may just have you watch and wait. Hope this helps.
