Anyway my only idea is to do kegels, it is what you do after have baby to strengthen pelvice floor muscles get bladder control back, cant hurt, might help. Just google it you'll get oodles on it.

Yes I have that problem sometimes too. It sucks if your like walking through the mall or something...you have to stop walking just so you can cough and not pee. Thats the only advice I have.

LOL you guys- its not just CFers!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0">

My doctor told me about the pelvic florr exercise called Keigels. Practice while you pee. Try stopping the flow of the pee and hold it for a few seconds. Those are the muscles you need to strengthen. Now try while you're not peeing. It is suppose to work.

Wearing pantyliners will help you feel a little more secure too.

It happens to me. usually when I have a cold or am sick. I cough or sneeze so hard that I....uh.....yeah.

When I'm sick, I usually stay home because I don't feel like do much of anything anyway. What I do, is either sit on a folded towel or wear maxi pads.
You're not alone. Hope this helps <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
