Tammy - I don't have first hand experience with cepacia, but our CF doctor told us at our last visit that studies are starting to suggest cepacia isn't as bad as it has been believed to be all this time. He said that the correlation between cepacia and lifespan is beginning to be viewed as similar to that of pseudomonas. Even if it is cepacia, it seems that it's not as bad as once thought.
