could it be RSV?

Haley,

I didn't realize Morgan was still sick. I'm sorry! That's no fun! I hope the doctor can give you something that will clear this infection right up. I stay home with my twins, and they have had colds. (not many) and the longest their colds have lasted is about 2 weeks. I've never seen green snot from them either, it's always clear. My point is, poor Morgan seems to have a pretty decent infection going on. I hope she gets some meds soon and you can enjoy your wedding as a healthy family.

Poor baby! (and her parents... ). Abigail seems to hang on to the snottiness after a cold, and sometimes it is the obviously an infection still (green, gunky nose stuff). She's had one ear infection, but it cleared up quickly with antibiotics.

Her pediatrician had us do nasal saline drops when Abigail was a baby, to help her clear the gunk out. They sell it for babies, it's in a nasal spray bottle, but you just drop a drop or 2 per side into her little nose, and it helps to soften and loosen stuff up (kinda like our nasal washes ). I think you can do it pretty much as much as you think she needs it, too. The little blue nose sucky thing also helped some- ugh, lol.

I also read that this is what they are recommending now that they aren't selling OTC cold medicine for babies.
You might want to ask her pediatrician- maybe it would help.

I hope she is feeling better soon! It's so hard when they are so little and don't feel well!
