I just started dancing this year as I am taking a Jazz class in college. I find that I really enjoy it and it makes exercising fun. Some possibly benefits to dancing that I see include cardio, increased flexibility and strength, increased balance, and... since the music is playing really loud when you're dancing... no one notices if you are breathing really hard or coughing... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
