daytime tiredness

If you are able to exercise I would recommend it. When I have a regular workout routine I have much more energy during the day. Plus, it makes me more tired for bed at night and I sleep better.

Vitamin C also seems to help in giving a boost of energy for me as well.

its probably to do with the mucus in the body slowing you down and making you feel like this,i generally have this prob as well and have always been quite productive even though fev1 is good and iam over 25 84.
Take time out to relax mentally and physically every day ,and try to mainatain a good calorific intake daily ,while consuming plenty of water as this should also help

I agree with Ronnie. Exercising in the morning can give you an energy boost for the rest of the day. even if u just go out for a walk. Other causes could be sleep apnea, cause u r not getting uninterupted sleep or depression. Look at ruling out on of these.

My husband has the exact same symptoms. His whole body is sore from his eyes down to his feet. Hydrocodone only temporarily relieves him.

He just got back from seeing a Rheumatologist (sp?) and she did tons of bloodwork on him. She said he has an autoimmune problem similar to lupus and that his body was attacking his "good tissue", etc.

She gave him a particular medicine (I can't remember the name) that many arthritis patients take. It seems to be helping some. She also found that he had a low functioning thyroid and put him on synthroid.

He is supposed to go back soon to do a lot more bloodwork.

Of course, I believe that eating healthy and exercise are very important, but we have found that even with doing that, my husband has STILL been sore. Maybe you have an autoimmune problem, too? Good luck!
