Denufosol Trial

The trial going on now if only for people w/ FEV1s over 75%

I do think it could help others, but just maybe not to the same extent, cause it can not correct damage, but the use of it 2-3 days a day will dramatically decrease if not almost be able to eliminate damage occuring to the lungs.

I had forgot to mention earlier that, also after 6 months of the study, where cultures are usually staph and/or Hflu, the last two cultures have been free from both.

I do not know if what I am saying applies ....

This drug is probably considered an orphan drug if it was designed specifically for cf. If so, you can write to the fda and ask for a compassionate release so you all can get the drug approved much quicker. Of course there are always the clinical trial phases but perhaps your doctors can get compassionate releases at the hospital to allow certain patients to get the drug earlier in order to save more lives.

Lives are at stake so fight for your rights. I am sure the CFF will help you with this.
