I DON'T RECOMMEND AJUSTING THE DOSE FOR THE CLINICAL TRIAL THOUGH... ONCE IT IS APPROVED AND THEY KNOW WHAT DOSE TO CUT IT TO, YES, BUT I THINK IT WOULD IMPEDE ON THE INTEGRITY OF THE TRIAL IF YOU WERE TO DO THAT..

Hi,
My son is on it now for 2 months. All the other comments are correct, it is time consuming (3 times day). Maybe at the end of the trial they will determine that you only need it 2x day. My son is 7 his pft's were always high (90's) and he did not have much of a cough. We do not know if he is on the drug or placebo at this point. At his last check up his pft's were a little higher and it seems like I hear his coughs being more productive.
