I never said that the efficacy was the same.

I said that the workings were similar. Which they are - if you re-read what i said, and what you described, the end result is the same - moving salt and water to the surface of he airways.

But I appreciate your more thorough explanation <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

No...the end result is not the same. You are very wrong about that.

HTS does not correct the dysfunction in the lung...it lessens the symptoms by allowing more moisture. It also does not allow for ion transport efflux.....
But, I appreciate that you appreciate my further explaining it!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

HTS does not correct the dysfunction in the lung...it lessens the symptoms by allowing more moisture. It also does not allow for ion transport efflux.....

But, I appreciate that you appreciate my further explaining it!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"></end quote></div>

Symantics Daramama, the two do the same thing, hydrate the lungs and get mucus moving, only in a different manner and maybe more efficiently. the end result is ultimately the same.

I use to have this same argument with her between pulmozyme and HTS. Only she would be the one arguing med functions.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
