I was on Ultrase Mt 20 FOREVER and had to switch. I did the CREON cause they have a reimbursement plan and nutritional give aways. I believe though Zenpep has this too. Creon has been great for me. Less gas and also I took 5 ultrase MT 20 and now I only take 1-2 creons, weird but it works for me and less pills is great! Good luck with your decision.<br>

DD does horribly on Creon. Zenpep has been the best for her in terms of minimal GI discomfort, good weight gain, normal BMs. Everyone is different! Creon made her stool 6+ times a day and weight gain was terrible. I've heard that most do well with Creon - but we'd be in trouble if Creon was the only enzyme formulation available! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

My dd used to do Ultrase but now we are on Creon.  The smelly gas seems to have gone away with the switch to Creon.  I haven't noticed any change with weight gain.

I used to use Ultrase and made the switch to Zenpep. I had trouble adjusting for the first month, but since then I love it! I love their rewards program and I have less gas and tummy trouble than I did on Ultrase.

Everyone is different, but Zenpep is much better for me. I had tried Creon a couple of times in the past so we didn't even bother with it when I had to switch away from Ultrase. We knew that it left me gassy and miserable so it wasn't really an option. Like Jenny it took me a little while for my body to adjust to the Zenpep (a couple months in my case) but now it works great.

If it has been several months and you are still having problems, I would try something else.
