Do most people with CF die from it?

<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">I had a friend Allie Moore we were really close she died two years ago from CF when that happend it opened my eyes to show that if you don't take care of your self then you could die and nowing that, it makes me think when I don't want to my medicine I could die not taking my medicine.I hope that answers your question!

well, my sis went for her checkup and it was a good one!!!!!!!! her lungs were clear and there were no infections!!! the only thing is that before hand she was coughing up this little green stuff....not anymore, though....the doctor said that it was probably built up mucus...my mom said she thinks it could be from smoking in the house that caused it...the doc said it could have been....but it's gone and my ma said she is gonna put a stop to that!!! her boyfriend had a fit b/c he does not want to go outside to smoke.....she said too bad!!! i am so proud of her!!! i just hope that it lasts....

keep in mind there are some people who live til their 70s. it's no longer a "death sentance."

just a thought.

keep in mind there are some people who live til their 70s. it's no longer a "death sentance."
