From experience, do NOT use the eflow/trio for abuterol. You will feel like you are having a seizure from the shakes you will get. the eflow super concentrates the meds. That's why you use regular tobramyicin instead of Tobi in it. I've used it for both Tobra and Coly. I haven't asked about the pulmozyme, but i don't notice a difference in nebulizers with it. Auberterol and Hypertonic Saline are not eflow material. Been there, tried that. At the time I had a PA that had treated kids & adults with cf for 30 years. Since I survived, he laughed and added to his knowledge to tell everyone that got an eflow to specifically not use some drugs in the eflow. His experience is that if we aren't told we can't do something, we will try it. :) He is a very wise man. Unfortunately, he retired. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
