I was talking to some friends from college the other day and one of them has gotten into rock climbing. It seemed neat to me, and I liked the idea of "me versus the wall" and setting my own pace.
I was just wondering if anyone else does this for exercise/strength training and how you like it, and how you got started? Any advice? My arms and legs are basically muscle-less twigs at the moment, would I have to beef up a bit before I can start?
